Our coffee is freshly roasted and dispatched five days a week (Monday to Friday). We aim to ship all orders placed before 6am on the same day, excluding Bank Holidays.

How often are you roasting?

Our coffee is freshly roasted and dispatched five days a week, from Monday to Friday. We aim to send all orders placed before 6am on the same working day, excluding Bank Holidays, so your coffee arrives as fresh as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Choose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery at checkout. Tracked 24 typically arrives within 1–2 working days, while Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2–3 working days. Please allow a little extra time during particularly busy periods.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer complimentary Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders over £45, so you can enjoy your coffee with reliable, fully tracked shipping at no extra cost.

What type of coffee do you use?

We source exceptional coffee from around the world, selecting only 100% Arabica beans that achieve an SCA quality score of 80 points or higher.
