Online Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all digital gift cards purchased online from Strangers Coffee. By purchasing or using an online gift card, you agree to these terms.

2. Delivery

Online gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the email details entered are correct. We are not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect email address.

3. Use of Online Gift Cards

Online gift cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods and services at Strangers Coffee, either in store or online where applicable. Any remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use.

4. Validity

Online gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After the expiry date, any unused balance will be cancelled and cannot be reinstated.

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Redeemable for Cash

Online gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or returned, except where required by law.

6. Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided the gift card has not been used. Once the gift card has been redeemed in full or part, the right to cancel will no longer apply.

7. Partial Use

If the value of a purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay available for future use. No cash change will be given.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorised Use

Gift cards should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for any unauthorised use if the gift card details are lost, stolen, or shared. We are unable to replace or refund gift cards in these circumstances, unless required by law.

9. Returns and Refunds

Where goods or services purchased using an online gift card are returned, refunds will be issued as store credit or returned to the gift card. Refunds will not be given in cash unless required by law.

10. Fraud and Security

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any gift card where we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or misuse.

11. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for delays or failure in delivery due to technical issues, including internet or email service provider problems. Please contact us if your gift card has not been received within a reasonable time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
