A Little Bit Of Booze With Your Coffee?
Hey Strangers Coffee gang, thought I’d drop a super quick post updating you on a couple of new coffees added to our offering this week.
So first up is the Boozy Santa roast.
This coffee started out as a bit of an experiment in our first year of roasting and due to popular demand has returned every December since just in time for Christmas!
For this coffee, we carefully macerate our green beans in alcohol before roasting, and the final result is pretty special.
Although there is no alcohol left in the final cup, the boozy taste that remains makes you think your brew is laced with a shot of something a bit stronger and is a simply delicious way to help get you in the Christmas spirit.
If adulterated beans are not your thing then our next coffee may be more your style!
New seasons Costa Rica natural process from the San Francisco farm have just arrived!
We seem to have this coffee year on year and it always jumps off the cupping table for us. You can see in this year's crop, the efforts the farmers have gone into processing, hardly any defects and bean size is super uniform, it’s an absolute pleasure to roast and the resulting cup is super balanced, smooth, with gentle acidity. I’d love to find a bag of this in my stocking on Xmas morning.
Happy shopping lovely people, be safe, and until next time. Peace. ✌️✌️
