This unique festive blend began as a small experiment in our very first year of roasting. Thanks to overwhelming demand and its loyal following, Boozy Santa has returned every December without fail, becoming a Christmas classic for anyone who loves speciality coffee with a twist.

To create this distinctive flavour profile, we macerate our green coffee beans in locally crafted rum from our friends over at The Norfolk Spirit Company before roasting. The infusion enhances the beans with a warm, boozy depth that results in a cup which is both comforting and wonderfully indulgent.

Although no alcohol remains in the final brew, the rich spirited aroma and flavour give the impression of something far more decadent.
