It’s November and so it can only mean one thing...

…That’s rights it’s Christmas time! 

Ok, so we’re a bit early but nowhere near as early as the commercials who have had their Christmas offering in place since the end of August. 😂😂

Anyway to prepare for next month, and because we were getting asked, a lot, we decided to put together our Christmas blend early and it was released in store this week.

We went a little different with the blend this year, going full natural, blending together one of our regular faves, Costa Rican San Francisco and a new farm to us from Colombia called Bolivar. 

Both of these coffees have been superbly processed by the farmers, but it was really noticeable on the “San Fran”. We’ve worked this coffee for the past 6 seasons, and it’s clear to me of the efforts that have gone into the sorting by the farm this year, nice and even bean size and next to no defects left behind, great stuff

The Christmas blend has a delicate candy sweetness, plenty of body and jammy red fruit flavours shining through, reminiscent of the naturaling process. I honestly think it’s our best Xmas yet so please come grab a bag while it’s on the offer.
