Tolima: A Premier Coffee-Producing Region

Tolima is Colombia's third-largest coffee-producing region, contributing 12% of the country's total coffee output. The province covers 2.3 million hectares, with 108,700 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation. High-quality soils and abundant natural water streams, flowing from three snow-capped volcanoes with altitudes up to 5,400 meters, produce sweet, medium to full-bodied Arabica coffee with a pronounced aroma, medium acidity, and subtle fruity flavors. Tolima coffees are renowned for their exceptional cup profiles, consistently ranking among the best.

We recommend you store your coffee in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. Keep them in their original bag, or transfer them to an airtight container.

For the best flavour, enjoy your coffee within three months of the roast date. Avoid storing coffee in the fridge or freezer.
